Haiku is a poetic genre of Japanese origin, characterized by being a way of reaching others and exposing thoughts

Haikus generally display scenes from nature (animals, plants, landscapes, weather events) or everyday life, in towns, cities and on the roads.

As in Haikus, Coderch & Malavia try to convey the emotion they have felt when contemplating something. It is here when Haiku ceases to be just a sculpture to become poetry. The impression transmitted is a combination of beauty, harmony, serenity, fleetingness, melancholy ... with a universal meaning.

With Haiku, artists are left on the sidelines, becoming simply observers of the reality that surrounds them. The piece does not try to attract attention by itself and it should be the viewer himself who contemplates the same thing that the artists have contemplated and, with it, feel the same emotion that they have felt.

How do You feel when you see the rainwater fall? And when do we see sunrise or sunset? Sometimes everyday things make us feel special things, just by seeing them.
