Zhuang Hong Yi’s upcoming solo exhibition, Chromatic Maze, invites viewers into a vibrant, immersive world where color, form, and texture converge in a dynamic dialogue. Renowned for his striking use of folded rice paper and sculptural compositions, the artist transforms spaces into living canvases, where cascades of color appear to float, ripple, and intertwine. Each work acts as both a visual spectacle and a subtle meditation, guiding the eye along intricate paths of light, shadow, and hue, encouraging contemplation of the interplay between nature, emotion, and perception.
Chromatic Maze continues Zhuang’s exploration of sensory experience and spatial transformation, blending the poetic with the architectural. Visitors are invited to navigate a labyrinth of color, where each piece offers a moment of discovery and reflection.
